What is considered youth?

Any individual between the ages of 18 and 35 would meet the requirements of the B-BBEE Act and Codes and in order to benefit from the Employment Tax Incentive (ETI), the age scope is 18 to 29 years of age.

How does the youth placement tracking mechanism work?

When a candidate is placed with an organization as a result of using this application, the details of the transaction and the new employer are recorded and verified. This can be provided to parties requiring proof of employment.

How does the subscription work?

Company subscriptions are simple - your subscription gives you full access to view all the resumes in the system and add as many youth as you can onto the system.

Can I download a resume?

Yes, you can download your resume if you are a youth or if you are a company. After login you will have an option "Download Resume", a pdf file of the resume will be downloaded from the youth resume page. For companies you will need a subscription to access the youth resumes.

How can I pay for subscription?

You can pay for your subscription via payfast online or you can pay via EFT - the bank details are on the invoice when you check out using the EFT option. Once you have paid via EFT please send us proof of payment and we will activate your subscription.

What about the POPI Act and other regulations pertaining to personal and confidential information?

All users of this application are contracted in accordance with the above and the system, technology and data architecture is structured accordingly.
